The history of Schallerei Berlin is as passionate as a Berlin currywurst stand in summer.

Already in the year 2004, in the early days of music discovery, we experimented with old GDR "Rema andante" loudspeakers. We took them out, we put them back in somewhere else... and the frequency bastel pig was ready. I was particularly fond of lower, perceptible frequencies. They were something very special and shortly afterwards I started to put together my first home-made subwoofers for the car hi-fi trip. Because: Why not? One Passion was born.

As part of a seemingly endless internship during the Technical baccalaureate It got really serious: I was allowed to spend days on end flattening my nose with subwoofers, power amplifiers and specialist magazines - it was almost a hobby!

The basics of physics came later, during my training in the Semiconductor physics, in the nerd universe.

And at some point, after a rather, well, "unspectacular" Business studies and countless Berlin undergrowth adventures, he had the brilliant idea: „Now I'll do it again properly with the loudspeakers!“ - and bang, the Schallerei Berlin entered the stage of life and 2 beads later a first loudspeaker series, the "DAX series" designed.
